Southampton University Chamber Choir vocal workshops KS2

The student members of Southampton University Chamber Choir in partnership with in partnership with SUCC and the youth choir of St Michael’s All Angels Bassett KS2 are offering the opportunity for schools to hear members of the choir perform in a short assembly and then work with a class or a choir group for an hour leading to a small performance on the day.  The timings would be roughly as follows. 

15-20 minute assembly including performances from SUCC and some vocal games

60 minute workshop with a class of up to 30 or your choir

5-10 minute performance of material from the workshop

Dates available for an AM or PM workshop: 

Monday 15th January, Thursday 18th January, Monday 22nd January, Thursday 25th January, Monday 29th January, Thursday 1st February, Monday 5th February

We will also be advertising a half term singing day at the Church of St Michael’s All Angels Bassett during February half term as part of this project and information will be provided following your workshop to share with the school or participants.
