USV The Village Green Preservation Society 10th May 2024 Turner Sims

Join University of Southampton Voices for their performance of a remarkable work by their Director Harvey Brough who was asked by Ray Davies to arrange this well-known album for choir!  This community choir are looking for a group of around 20-30 children or an existing school choir to learn 6-8 songs and be part of this amazing performance. 

Harvey will produce audio learning aids and lyrics and the Music hub would be happy to provide you with some free vocal workshops prior to this to support learning the material which is suitable for anyone to learn or non-specialist music teachers to lead.  The concert will take place at Turner Sims Concert Hall on Friday 10th May with a rehearsal prior to the evening concert from 5pm (concert from 7.30pm).
